It would be easier to answer this question if I knew your age and weight, but here are some general one size fits all recommendations:
Garlic is your best friend when it comes to blood pressure, and Garlic Oil is readily available to you from your local health food store. It will also help to keep the ‘flu away. Garlic is a blood pressure balancer and Garlic Oil means you can take it without the bad breath.

Fish Oil is an anti-inflammatory that thins the blood, so take at least 4 caps daily.

Now this being said high blood pressure is most commonly caused by a high carb diet. Do you eat a lot of bread, pasta, etc.. You need to change your dietary lifestyle asap and eat more vegetables and fruit, good quality protein and a little good oil (fish oil, extra virgin olive oil) and little or no grain based carbs unless they are wholegrain and even then very little.

The best thing to lower your blood pressure is to do meditation for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day and think of your b p going down slowly, until you are at the level you wish to attain. Start off by doing this the last thing at night, by relaxing all your body parts, starting at the feet and working your way up the body till you finish at the top of the head.
Telling yourself that in the morning your b p will be lower.
