i agree. when companies promote going green i think its just a marketing scam, but i fully support protecting the environment, just on your own, like you stated.
For the most part it is. Live a clean life and keep moving forward. We are going to see a technological advancement in the area of energy and other things in the next few years. Hysteria is for the birds.

I think it might be a scam, i’m not completely sure. The earth HAS gone into a period of global warming before, we did get over it. But i think that going green is good. Many things CAN happen to the earth if they don’t take care of it. We live on earth, for gods sake we should take good care of it. Recycle, save electricity, walk/ride bikes to places instead of driving, if everyone does that then gas prices will also lower. So I think everyone should join in and all help about going green.
I completely disagree with you. If you for example by a carbon neutral festival ticket, they calculate what you would be using for the day and plant the appropriate number of trees. How is that a scam?

It goes beyond a scam. It is an attempt to get humans to live in parity with animals. They ascribe some mystical properties to “Mother Earth” and claim we must protect “her”. Last time i checked, the earth was not alive. It is a rock. all of the special life on it is just carbon, wiggling around trying to not live in the muck. Why should we lower ourselves because of some religous devotion to a rock? I challenge anyone to prove global warming is harming the earth.
